These Terms of Sale govern every purchase you make on hadrianandco.com. They complete our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the website itself. Where the two differ on a question of purchase, these Terms of Sale apply.
Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these Terms of Sale.
1. Parties
The seller is DB Media, registered in France under number 488063850, with its registered office at 10 Square Pedro Florès, 35700 Rennes, France, trading under the brand Hadrian & Co ("Hadrian & Co", "we", "us", "our"). Full identification details are set out in our Legal Notice.
The buyer is the person placing the order ("you"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that you are acting as a consumer, for purposes outside any trade or profession, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
2. Where We Sell
Our products are offered to customers in the United States only. Orders for delivery outside the United States cannot be placed at checkout and, if received, will be cancelled and refunded in full.
3. Products
Product descriptions, specifications, sizing and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them. Slight variations in color, finish or measurement may occur, and screen rendering of color is never exact.
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. Silicone bands are hypoallergenic for most people; if you have a known allergy or sensitivity, check the materials listed on the product page before ordering and stop wearing the piece if irritation occurs. Remove your ring before activities that could trap or catch it.
Use our size guide before ordering. Personalized pieces (for example engraved rings) are made to your specifications.
Products are offered while stocks last. We may change, limit or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracked shipping is free on every order. Optional Shipping Protection is offered at checkout.
Import duties, if any, are your responsibility as the recipient, unless the checkout explicitly states that duties are prepaid. See our Shipping Policy.
Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or technical error, we are not obliged to sell it at that price: we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Placing an Order
Adding items to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy.
The contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. An order confirmation acknowledging receipt is not acceptance.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and delivery information. We are not responsible for an order delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address you entered.
We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, and may limit quantities per person, per household or per order, including where several orders share a customer account, a payment card, or a billing or shipping address, or where an order appears to be placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never receive or store your full card number.
Your order is not processed until payment is authorized. If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may suspend or cancel the order.
Fraud checks. We verify billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for unusual activity. We may ask for additional information to confirm a transaction, and may cancel an order we suspect to be fraudulent.
7. Delivery
Each piece is prepared individually and quality-checked before it ships. Allow 7 to 12 business days from order to delivery, with tracking. Details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather or industrial action.
Risk and title. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Title passes once payment has been received in full.
Lost, damaged and undelivered parcels are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Optional Shipping Protection, offered at checkout, also covers parcels stolen after delivery.
8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
You may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing hello@hadrianandco.com. After that, the order has usually entered preparation and we may no longer be able to stop it.
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition and packaging, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy. Wrong size? We help you exchange it within the same 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you, except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
Personalized pieces (for example engraved rings) and items identified as final sale are not returnable unless faulty.
9. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match its description, do not ship it back. Email hello@hadrianandco.com within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as the fault appears) with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a free replacement, a reshipment or a full refund, at your choice, at no cost to you.
This does not cover damage caused by normal wear, accident, misuse, or use for a purpose the product was not designed for.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, including any statutory right to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Beyond those rights and the commitments made above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are supplied without any further warranty, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product or products giving rise to that claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost time or loss of opportunity.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier or postal disruption, customs action, port congestion, supplier failure, government restrictions, or failures of telecommunications or payment networks.
13. Personal Data
Personal information collected when you place an order is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the courts of France have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country where you reside, or of any right you have to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order.
